Shipping Policy
Wondering how we ship out our packages? Look no further! Here at Talion Botanicals we need at least 3-5 business days to create and ship out your orders. We mail our packages through USPS in Chicopee, MA.
Shipping costs vary on the weight of your product and the distance it is being mailed to, eastern MA shipping costs $7.87. To California $10.54. Orders may also be picked up if you live in surrounding areas i.e, Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke there will be no extra fees. If you need your order delivered to you personally by me, it will be a $3 delivery fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but each and every client or customer is entitled to a full refund if not satisfied with a product. If a product comes into the mail through USPS damaged, send a photo with the original packaging and email it to talionbotanicals@gmail.com to get another order that will be in the mail with in 2 days of the email exchanges.
Tarot policy is a little different, as it is my time and yours. Tarot is nonrefundable as it takes a lot of my energy and time to read someone else's cards.
